Training for Adults

Adults

Grand Master Oh was born in Korea where Taekwondo originated as an art of self defence focused on training both the mind and body. After serving in Vietnam where he taught Taekwondo to Australian, Vietnamese and US troops, and then migrated to Australia in the early 1970's and has raised his family in Melbourne.

The success of Taekwondo in becoming the world's most popular martial art has been based on the skills and benefits it provides students. These benefits can be gained by people of almost any age - and in fact Master Oh has trained beginners as old as 60.

Whether you are motivated to learn self defence skills, to enjoy the benefits of reduced stress or simply to improve your fitness and flexibility, Oh's Taekwondo Centre offers a friendly, professional and supportive environment to achieve your goals. Couples who would like to train together are most welcome and special discounts are available for families.

Training sessions for adults last 75 minutes and classes are available each week day evening and on Saturday mornings. Click here for details of class times and address details.
